Please adhere to all community house guidelines

House Rules

  • SearenityNow is a non-smoking or vaping house

    • Not permitted inside the house

    • Not permitted on any of the decks

    • Not permitted on the property

DO NOT park off the driveway in front of the trash

  • The Driveway is 2 cars wide, not 3
    • You can damage the driveway
  • If you block the trash, you risk them not picking it up
    • You will have to pay for a special pickup

NO GLASS IN POOL AREA

  • Around the pool area, most people do not wear shoes

  • Glass shatters, and stepping on a piece or cutting your foot open can be VERY painful

    • A trip to the Hospital can ruin anyone’s vacation

  • Plastic pitchers and cups are provided in the downstairs kitchen, and the blender pitcher is plastic as well

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED without prior authorization.

Violating any of these rules may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
