The Wolf range is rather sensitive. Please do not use any abrasive cleaners on the ceramic surfaces and please clean the surfaces immediately after use. Food (especially acidic, like tomato sauce) and salt can cause permanent pitting on the range top and interior surface of the oven. The interior of the oven should be cleaned (it is self-cleaning) and not left with food as that can permanently damage the liner.
